In this article we’ll look at how you can keep your QSR house in order with a good spring clean! We’ll look at…
- Keeping your trading hours up-to-date
- Ensuring correct contact details
- Failed order numbers are kept current
- Delivery Zones are accurate
Just like you spring clean your house, your restaurant’s online presence deserves the same attention. Ensuring your QSRs essential details are up-to-date can make all the difference in maintaining smooth operations. Here’s a handy checklist to keep your restaurant’s ‘digital house’ in order this spring:
1. Trading Hours
Your trading hours are one of the most important details for your customers. Ensure they are always accurate, especially when seasonal or operational changes occur. For example, as we move from spring into summer, you may now want to extend your trading hours. If you need to update your hours, our Support Team is here to help via the Trading Hours form. Alternatively, you can quickly disable your store through the YUMBI Dashboard if you need to close early for a particular day.
2. Contact Details
It’s important that your restaurant’s contact information is correct at all times. Customers continually check your address and telephone number on your website or app. To view your current store details, click the (i) icon located under your store’s name. If you need to update any information, please contact our support team via email. This small step avoids confusion and ensures customers can reach you when they need to.

3. Mobile Number for Failed Orders
If an order fails, it’s essential that the notification goes to the right person. Make sure the mobile number YUMBI has on file for failed orders is up-to-date. While franchisees don’t have direct visibility of this, our Support Team is always ready to assist in updating this key piece of information, ensuring that you can address issues promptly.
4. Delivery Zones
Have you checked your delivery zones recently? Make sure your delivery areas, fees, and times are current. You can review these in the Store Delivery Zone Report, and for a visual representation, simply view them on the Order Map/Delivery Location Report.

By taking a few minutes to review and update these details, your QSR will run smoothly as the seasons change, delighting customers and keeping your ‘QSR house’ in tip-top shape.
